Kuwaiti Doctors

1- Academic Qualifications
A. For the job position (Registrar / Senior Registrar): A copy of the Master's/Ph.D./Board certificate and its equivalency (for foreign certificates).
B. For the job position (General Practitioner): A copy of the Bachelor's degree (Medicine and Surgery) and its equivalency (for foreign certificates).

2- Copy of the last promotion decision
​
3- Job and financial status letter from the employer
​
4- Performance Evaluation "Curriculum Vitae"
A. Two consecutive annual reports (Excellent rating).
B. Sponsored doctors: An accompanying evaluation for the last two consecutive reports (Excellent rating).

5- CME/CEPD Certificate, 100 valid points (for the job position Senior Registrar and above/ General Practitioner and above)
​
6- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate
​
7- Valid Professional Practice License
Non-Kuwaiti Doctors
​
1- Academic Qualifications:
A copy of the bachelor’s degree (and its equivalency) and a copy of other academic certificates (PhD, Master, Diploma) and its equivalency.

2- Copy of the last promotion decision
​
3- Job and financial status letter from the employer
​
4- A copy of the emplyoment letter and form (30).
5- Performance Evaluation "Curriculum Vitae":
Two consecutive annual reports (Excellent rating).
​
6- CME/CEPD Certificate, 100 valid points (for the job position Senior Registrar and above/ General Practitioner and above).
​
7- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
​
8- Valid Professional Practice License.
